If you want to go to a Tennessee Smokies game and you are from out of town this is a great place to stay! The morning breakfast was also fantastic.

Great location, still close to everything but far enough from the road to avoid traffic noise. Hotel Staff was so friendly. The breakfast was great! The room was a little bit crowded, but we did have 3 kids with us. Overall great experience.

This hotel was fantastic. Very clean, nice, comfortable, bedding was terrific, staff was very helpful and the complimentary breakfast was better than we could have hoped for. It really was very impressive. Close to the interstate but no noise and it was a very short drive from the heart of all of the tourist attractions. I would definitely stay here again. Super clean. I was skeptical yet hopeful when I read the other reviews but now I only hope that all other comfort suites live up to this stay because I will definitely be trying their brand again. ...read more

This hotel is hands down the best hotel for the price. The rooms are so impressive! My mom and I made a joke that the hotel must own a marble factory because the entire shower, bathroom, and window - sill were made of very beautiful marble and granite stone. It was the most beautiful bathroom I have seen in a long time. Furthermore the room had plenty of space including a living room area with a nice flat screen TV. The breakfast was good too. I wouldn't say that it was the best I've had at a hotel, but it was OK. The staff is very friendly – especially the lady that prepares the breakfast. Only bad thing that I noticed was that all of the lights in the room seemed to have low-watt bulbs because all of the lights were quite dim. I had to turn on all of the lamps simultaneously in order to see well enough to read. But overall if I were to return to the smoky mountains I would definitely stay here again, no doubt about it.

I'm not sure how they could prevent a hornet coming through the a/c, but otherwise, this hotel was great. Extremely clean, which is my biggest issue with most hotels.

Hotel was awesome. Very clean and friendly staff. But the only thing that I didn't realize was how far it was from the strip in Pigeon Forge.

The motel was very clean, modern, and new. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The refrigerator and microwave are nice touches. The prices were more like a regular motel room. It was very quiet in the room also. The Internet was slow but this could have been due to the solar flares.
