Group Traveler
Overall, the hotel was very nice. The room was fairly large and quite clean. The Staff was very firendly and willing to help with whatever we needed, and their breakfast was pretty good (good variety and selection). I would recommend this hotel to anyone that's looking to save a few bucks and still have a nice hotel expierence.

We used to stay in the hotel all the time and it was great. It has really run down in the past years. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Hotel room was very large
beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Excellent moderate priced hotel. Excellent access to eastern Houston and La Porte.

Family Traveling with Young Children
We had a great visit, rooms were very clean, lobby was very clean, spacious, not glitzy, not outdated either. I was traveling with a 7 year old and a 4 year old, they absolutely loved the suite. Texas shaped waffles made their morning, people were super nice.

The only draw back to the hotel was there was a baseball team of young boys in the room above us, that the chaperone did not control all night long, and when we checked in the attendant did not ask for any identification at all.

We really enjoyed the hotel. Everything was great except we picked it for the hot tub which wasn't hot.
