Family Traveling with Young Children
Perfect for our young son! He loved the water slide and splash pool, and he had a great time in the game room. The location was excellent: Far enough away from the village of Lake George to avoid the congestion, close to Great Escape and Route 87, and close to the Outlet Malls, as well as numerous local and chain food and retail establishments. The room and bed was comfortable, though the sofa bed was nothing spectacular. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful (both cleaning staff and desk staff). ...

This hotel is absolutely exceptional and above and beyond expectations in the following areas: Management, Reception, Cleanliness, Attractive, Ease of Parking -unloading/loading vehicle, proximity to attractions, responsive to needs, control of loud/unruly occupants, nice fitness center, game room, vending throughout, awesome breakfast with proteins.

Family Traveling with Young Children
This was a great stay for us with 5 children ages between 5-12. We were accommodated with connecting rooms. It was nice having the refrigerator and microwave in the room. Pool area was great, although the swimming pool itself was on the cool side, hard to say that it was heated. Continental breakfast was better than expected. Overall stay was excellent. Staff from the check-in to housecleaning was awesome. Will definitely be back. ...
