Nothing.

The staff was useless and rude. Couldn't get a clean towel to take a shower.

Terrible. The staff was rude and incompentent. The cleaning staff only made the bed up didn't change the sheets, take out the trash, or give us clean towels. Will not stay here ever again.

Good breakfast.

Bathroom sink was stopped up, they used a bad smelling chemical then had to return to unstop it again.

Needs updating badly (plumbing issues and hot tub out of order), but people were friendly and tried to help.

I used this hotel before I really liked it, but the management doesn't do good business under pressure when they are busy and the customer pays for it.

Managements business ethics, when they are busy is small town and they charged me for a room, they gave to someone else

I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless other hotels are booked usually really nice, but if there is a convention or something in town and you are
not on a corporate account you really don't matter to them.
