Hotel Guest Reviews of the Comfort Suites New Orleans
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(1) | Traveling as Couple(3) | Family with Young Children(1) | Family with Teens(1)

Price/Convenience
Breakfast buffet was not appetizing
Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was close to the interstate, making a trip to the French Quarter fairly convenient. Additionally, there was a shuttle that was much cheaper than a taxi, available to take us to the French Quarter.

The room was nice.
It is a nice hotel but the neighborhood in which the hotel is located is not good!! This is a very bad part of town.....
It is a nice hotel but the neighborhood in which the hotel is located is not good!! This is a very bad part of town. Priceline customers should be made aware of how bad the neighborhood surrounding this hotel is. We would hate to see families staying in this part of New Orleans.

Clean rooms, friendly staff.
Walls were thin, could hear conversation in next room.
Nice place, I would recommend it to friends and family.
