Hotel Guest Reviews of the Comfort Suites North Fossil Creek

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the pillows soft.
My main complaint is with the noise pollution from the neighboring restaurant Red Neck Heaven. There were motorcycle engines revving all night long Saturday and Sunday. The air conditioner didn't make enough noise to drown out the racket from the restaura

If you stay here, request to be moved as far away from Red Neck Heaven as possible. Also, if this is not an option, bring a box fan with you, request to use the hotel's box fan, or bring ear plugs.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
It smelled like mold, had bugs in the shower, no iron, and people yelling outside my door at the office all night long. Also, because of the construction it was quite difficult to navigate around to get to the hotel.

Is not worth it.

Staff was friendly. Room was big, plenty of space. Nice television and plenty of parking.
Hotel is the midst of an awful construction scene. When I got to the room, I noticed a big hole in the couch cushion and when I sat on the couch, I sunk in, like it was about 20 years old. Smell of the furniture was pretty bad.

Friendly staff, plentiful parking. Big room, just a bit worn down. Not the best value but acceptable.

Nice to have a sitting area in the rooms, so our friends could come to our room to visit.
It was a non-smoking room, yet smelled very strongly of smoking.

Great location, good breakfast with hot items, nice rooms with sitting areas, good value for your money.

The front desk girl that checked me in on 9/22/2012 can't remember her name was so sweet and awesome she let me check in a little before check-in time

I enjoyed it the reviews scared me a little but I didn't see one thing that caught my eye bad about this hotel. We did just stay for one night. All the front desk girls were friendly and helpful when we needed anything. Everyone was awesome.

Location for me was a plus. Good restaurants close by good location for the activities I was in town for.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was very accommodating especially on late check in the night we arrived. Breakfast bar was okay, nothing special but items did seem to be fresh which is a big plus.

The suite had a kitchenette and living room area that was very useful.
There was a short in the bathroom light switch that kept flickering and the light went out several times.

Very clean, comfortable and had very easy access to the highway.
