Couple
I have always stayed and Comfort Inn and Suites and will continue to stay there. Quick and each check in and out. Nice rooms with updated decor. Complimentary breakfast and close to resturants, stores and etc.

They charged me hotel taxes and some other charge and the room charge even though the roads were horrible with snow and ice and I couldn't get there. They could have at least only charge the room charge.

Business Traveler
The hotel was under renovations. I expected to come in and sit by a nice fire like the pictures showed. Instead, I was greated with Big yellow tape around the area and a bunch consruction material. I was given a room on the second floor. When I got off the elevator, the hall was was in complete disarray, the wallpaper and carpet was pulled off. There were no numbers on the doors. I had to get a construction worker to write my number on the outside of my room, after he helped me find it. ...

Business Traveler
The first room smelled like male cat urine; passed. The second room was not made up; passed. The third room had 4 of 10 light bulbs burnt out with no spares available. The jacuzzi was drained and not available. I was sleeping and some one else had the key to my room and attempted entry.

Solo Traveler
I would suggest this to friends of mine traveling to Dallas or just anyone really. It was the only hotel that I stayed at that was decent I ran into it by mistake.
