Hotel Guest Reviews of the Comfort Suites Roanoke
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 19, 2012

Every three months or so I have stayed at this Hotel. Never had any problems, However this past stay was horrible. The room was dirty. Dirt in the bathtub, The bedding on one of the beds were dirty. I had to request new bedding. My daughter found dirty socks that was not ours that someone left in the room. I complained and to the receptionist and she said I quote "I'm sorry" Not a good stay at all.

The location was easy to find and centrally located for what we needed. The staff was helpful and cordial. Rooms were clean. Refreshments were offered in the evening. The breakfast was good, but juice machine was out of order.

We had to stay at a hotel because our entire home's interior was getting painted so we were not looking mainly for convenience, functionality, and a good price. This hotel's accommodations are good, the beds are not overly comfortable, but for the price it was acceptable. Our room was huge with 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. Lots of tables and a desk which was ideal for 2 kids to play on. The TV is small, but the room had a small refrigerator and microwave which was nice. Overall, the room was clean and a great price. Area has a nice selection of places to eat within a mile of the hotel as well as a Wal-Mart, so it was very conveniently located. The breakfast the hotel served was okay, waffles are good if there aren't a lot of people waiting in line to make them. Other items were fine with the exception of the powdered eggs but again, all acceptable for the price of the room. We ended up staying 4 night and would definitely stay again if needed.
