Could not take breakfast to room

Complimentary (third party) Airport Shuttle did not turn up in the "5 minutes" promised and after 20 minutes and no show the Hotel Manager drove me to the airport herself. Excellent customer service.

we were very pleased with the hotel accommodations, great location, staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable, breakfast was more than we expected, would book again for this hotel if the need arises wonderful experience

There are many things that I liked about this hotel, but was really nice was a true breakfast in the morning. They offered eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, different types of bread and other items.
The location to restaurants isn't that great. There are plenty of fast food restaurants but not that many sit down restaurants.

I have stayed here before and it was again a relaxing stay.

Rooms were nice. the King suite is very comfortable for two.
The breakfast area is incredibly small and the quality of food is way below average. The pool is not heated - this is Arizona! We should be able to swim year-round!

Price was reasonable for the area and the quality of the room. breakfast area is poor, pool is not heated, and exercise room is minimalistic. In room internet access was good.

The hotel was very nice, The room was awesome with plenty of room for sitting and reading as well as sleeping.

This hotel was very nice and great location. We had a very comfortable and positive experience. I appreciate that it was reasonable priced and nice breakfast as well as comfortable bed.
