The room was great, the parker was great, and the breakfast was great.
when i went to the front desk to get some towels for the pool, they gave me small towels. they towels was a little bigger then hand towels.

overall the hotel was really nice. Everything thing was great and I would stay there again.

The staff was excellent. Especially front desk and house keeping
The jacuzzi was not hot, seemed almost luke warm.

Overall, this is a very good hotel. Great for business or family. Very well kept and clean with a superb staff. Highly recommend!

The overall newness and location of the hotel.
Things missing from the room or left undone: lightbulbs missing out of lamps, electrical socket covers missing or plastered over, wallpaper peeling.

For the price point, I felt the hotel was a little spartan. The breakfast was consistently good, and certainly convenient but didn't go above and beyone. The pool area was clean and the water was comfortable, but a little out of the way (No direct access and the gate didn't respond to the pass key.) However, the staff was friendly enough and the room was clean and comfortable.

Very new/fresh/modern, shower head rotated to different settings!
Only entrance was in front, back door did not work for guests trying to get in from back parking lot.

I was suprised at how nice and clean this hotel was. I felt very safe and comfortable there. I also enjoy the continental breakfast, nice variety of foods (scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, pastries, cereal).
