Solo Traveler
This hotel is a great value, with a pool and exercise area, lounge, and great meeting spaces. The complimentary breakfast was good, and the room was spacious, the beds comfortable, and the Jacuzzi a welcome surprise. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

Solo Traveler
This hotel hosted a wedding the night I stayed. Had a wedding group in the room across the hall and they made lots of noise all night. Got virtually no sleep. Cable
TV had very limited channels, not even ESPN. "Free" breakfast isn't available until 7am.
I had to leave at 5a.m, air conditioner hardly worked, making the room very stuffy and uncomfortable. Would not recommend, even for 1 night at over a hundred dollars. ...

Couple
Wow day, night difference between the gentleman that checked us into our room and the woman that checked us out the next day. When we arrived, we were given information about our rooms, features, benefits of the hotel/banquet/pool/fitness facilities, and felt very welcome. When we were checking out, the woman that helped me made me stand at the counter while she finished talking about biscuits, gravy, when I finally was allowed to ask her my question, she stopped listening to me mid sentence and started a conversation with the housekeeper, completely leaving me with my question half hanging in the air. I never would have imagined that a place that advertises itself as a full service upscale hotel would have a front desk staff that was so uncaring and discourteous. On the flip side, the housekeeping staff was very polite attentive, and even made sure that we received a phone call when my boyfriend left his suit in the hotel room closet. The banquet staff, manager were very efficient, courteous, friendly, and we enjoyed the reception thoroughly. ...

Solo Traveler
This hotel is in good proximity to many shopping centres. The staff was very friendly. The pool and fitness area was very clean.
