Hotel Guest Reviews of the Concord's Colonial Inn
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 25, 2013

A beautiful inn with lots of character. The location was outstanding. Walk everywhere. The staff was helpful and friendly. We got an upgrade to a suite. Don't know why but it was really cute and unexpected.

Loved the historic feel of this hotel. If you understand history and how this hotel has passed through time you really have to respect the preservation of the historic architecture, hallways, rooms, decor and more. You feel like you have touched a part of history and understand it a little better for the experience. A nice upscale group frequents here at the restaurants and we found a nice well-heeled group staying at the hotel as well. If you are a more materialistic, modernistic, less educated type insisting on simply square footage and high end latest trendy gadgets and decor, then you may not be the right fit for this hotel. We truly appreciated it for its old world charm and elegance. ...

The staff was extremely helpful! If traveling in the early fall, know that your room will be extremely cold---have the front desk staff come fix the heater. Be sure to bring flipflops for the shower. Free breakfast includes yogurt, breads & pastries, juice, and tea.
