Hotel Guest Reviews of the Concord's Colonial Inn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Great room and the staff was very helpful. Booking.com did not handle your Priceline reservation properly and the staff made up for the error.
No it was all I needed.

This historic Inn is located within walking distance of quaint shops and historical sites. Clean, spacious room and bath. Very comfortable stay.

Well renovated property with lovely location and nice staff.
The restaurant menus offered nice selections but could use more heart healthy choices.

A wonderful place to stay in a lovely town brimming with history and local charm. The staff make you feel welcome and the rooms are kept very clean. An excellent choice for the business traveler as well as the vacationer.

It is a quaint old hotel with friendly staff and wonderful location.

A beautiful inn with lots of character. The location was outstanding. Walk everywhere. The staff was helpful and friendly. We got an upgrade to a suite. Don't know why but it was really cute and unexpected.

Unbeatable historic aspect and old world charm and upscale feel. Super location between shops, restaurants and historic sites.
Were remodeling the wing we stayed in and there were some issues they still didn't have quite right with the plumbing and TV hook ups.

Loved the historic feel of this hotel. If you understand history and how this hotel has passed through time you really have to respect the preservation of the historic architecture, hallways, rooms, decor and more. You feel like you have touched a part of history and understand it a little better for the experience. A nice upscale group frequents here at the restaurants and we found a nice well-heeled group staying at the hotel as well. If you are a more materialistic, modernistic, less educated type insisting on simply square footage and high end latest trendy gadgets and decor, then you may not be the right fit for this hotel. We truly appreciated it for its old world charm and elegance. ...read more

Loved the atmosphere and knowing that you were in a hotel that was centuries old...
Besides wi-fi in the guest rooms, it lacked alot of modern amenities.

The staff was extremely helpful! If traveling in the early fall, know that your room will be extremely cold---have the front desk staff come fix the heater. Be sure to bring flipflops for the shower. Free breakfast includes yogurt, breads & pastries, juice, and tea.
