The staff were awesome! Clean and large rooms.
It is in a neighborhood,
a subway ride. With lots of stairs and a good hike to use the metro. Of course, if cabbing that is not a challenge at all.

The entire staff is exceptional ant the hotel took car of all of my needs. It is
a pretty long haul from the airport via metro and to Sol but the stations is close.

I liked the area where the hotel was located.
The room was too small.
While it had a very nice decoration, the room and bathroom were too small, and the TV looked more like a computer screen. There was also no mirror in the room. The breakfast is very overpriced, considering how right next door there is a place offering a better meal for a third of the price.

The room is too small, the price of the hotel is overpriced, as well as the breakfast. 18 euro per person is just insane for the food provided.
The room is rediculously small for a four star, the price is too high for a room in that location.

The front desk staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the room was wonderful and spacious.
Very nice place to stay, highly recommend it, very comfortable, very friendly staff.
