Excellent location and view. Good 5 star service at the right location
Business centre was just a desk in the lobby so not up for a full service centre
One of my favourite hotels. Excellent location on top of the Pacific Centre mall with walking to most ares of Central. Great views and very comfortable beds with a "pillow menu" so I get a good sleep. The showers and toilets are a bit small but good for Hong Kong. Perfect 5 star service but a coffee in the lobby was 75$ HK which is frankly a bit too high. That said a great spot and one of my favourite hotels in HK ...

Staff was well trained and service was excellent. There is an adjacent park nearby which is interesting for walking.
There are no coffee shops or restaurants within easy walking distance.

The room and bathroom felt spacious, and turn down service included a teddy bear.
It was a bit of a walk to the MTR.

Conrad is conveniently located in Hong Kong Island and the facility is nice and luxurious.
Everything is expensive for this type of hotel as expected.

Elegant and smelled so fresh.
A little formal.
Absolutely beautiful facility and very elegant. Nice, but small health club and rooms are wonderful, though probably a little small for a five-star hotel. Lobby/entry as nice as I've ever seen. Amazing value through Priceline.
