No in/out privileges if you self-park. Only if you valet, but that was expensive.

Very new and clean hotel. Modern, yet inviting and comfortable, furniture and appointments in the room and throughout the hotel. For example, each room comes furnished with an easy-to-use espresso machine (based on the Illy iperespresso system) and a cool iPod/iPhone-dockable clock/radio system. A big plus was also the down/feather pillows, since I can't stand synthetic ones. There's even a "pillow menu" that offers 6-7 other types of pillows. ...read more

great service, very clean, professional staff.
two elevator system from outside. First you take an elevator to the 25th floor Lobby, then you take another elevator down to the rooms, elevators were slow so getting out of the hotel was awhile every day.

Great hotel. Customer service was great.

It was wonderful, clean and great area. Can not wait to stay there again.
Food a bit too expensive. No prices on alcohol menu. Like to know price of alcohol since I do not drink much.

Everyone should stay at this hotel. Location is wonderful and I always. Keep up the great work, I enjoyed my stay.

It was very modern and I had a great view of the bay.
Construction on the main streets was intrusive, but not the hotels fault - answer is nothing.

The head concierge was delightful and I see why he was awarded an honor.

Team members made my experience way better. Really nice and a drive for serve. Love to stay here.

It's berry nice for a business stay or if you go with friends during the weekend looking to hang out in different club's.

The front desk staff was helped with all questions and anything we needed.
The seperate elevator for the rooms. But its okay they are quick.

I enjoyed the hotel a lot. Me and my husband celebrated a birthday there. The hotels view was breath taking. Seeing the Rickenbacker and the Port of Miami at the same time was awesome. The room was clean , crisp sheets. Turn down service the Conrad is a first class hotel and wonderful experience to stay there.
