great service, very clean, professional staff.
two elevator system from outside. First you take an elevator to the 25th floor Lobby, then you take another elevator down to the rooms, elevators were slow so getting out of the hotel was awhile every day.

Great hotel. Customer service was great.

The style of the hotel was beautiful and the view was great.
The elevators were confusing and there was no balcony/open windows.
