Hotel Guest Reviews of the Conrad New York

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The bed was very very comfy and the shower was phenomenal. The room was very big.
If you book through Priceline you get a room with a horrendous view. I called the hotel and asked about the views and said all rooms had a view. My room overlooked an office building - could not see anything else at all.

The hotel is in a great location for walking into Tribeca and the Village. But again, if you book through Priceline you get a room with a horrible view, even though the hotel will tell you otherwise. That part was really really disappointing. Also, this is not a 5 star hotel - five star bed - but the overall feel is 3-4 stars.

Great rooms, awesome showers, convenient location in a pleasant area of NYC, close to subways, restaurants, and other amenities.

Beautiful hotel, very modern with good views. Clean!
There was no fridge to put food in, only the stocked mini fridge so the food I had with me went bad.

Hotel is right on the water with beautiful views. The area is fairly quite for NY but peaceful. Very modern decor inside the lobby. The room had a nice set up with a big shower! If in the area again I would definitely stay again at the Conrad.

The king suite was huge for a New York hotel. Excellent experience.

Really big rooms for NYC standards. Had a separate sitting area with TV. The shower was separate from the bathroom and really big.
Wish that wi-fi was included in the rate of this hotel.

Right across the street from the waterfront. I jogged each morning - they have a great walkway all along the water that had lots of joggers, cyclists and walkers each day. Within a couple of blocks to the subway.

Everything was great about this hotel! The room was so spacious for a NYC hotel and the shower was huge. Everything was extremely clean, and the staff was very helpful.
NOt one complaint - truly!

This hotel was perfect for a romantic getaway. The room was so spacious for a NYC hotel and the shower was huge. Everything was extremely clean, and the staff was very helpful. We had to travel by cab to see a Broadway show, but there were also some nice restaurants and things to do that were walking distance. There is the path along the river for walking/biking/ running, and we "discovered" a neat lounge called Silver Linings just around the corner. The North End Grill was right next store, and The Palm was nearby too. The bar/restaurant inside the hotel was great as well! ...read more

GREAT rooms.
4 long blocks to subway.

The hotel has a very modern vibe. While it was quite nice and high end, it made me realize that I much prefer an older art-deco style so easy to find in NYC.

The staff was incredible! Accommodating, efficient, friendly...the were just lovely
For the purpose of our family vaca, the hotel was a bit far from everything we wanted to do. Once we figured out the train (categorized by numbers, letters, AND colors!) we were fine.

There is a lot of construction, which should be expected bc of ground zero. The view is amazing across the river! You can get a cup of coffee and walk across the street and see the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. In the room: you can control everything from your tv. It's pretty cool! The pros definitely outweigh the cons. I would stay here again.

The bathroom mirror was dirty. Some of the lights didn't work especially the ones in the shower. Room service was quick and the workers were accommodating.

The size, cleanliness and appointments of the room were outstanding. The staff was responsive and friendly.
