Hotel Guest Reviews of the Conrad New York
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 7, 2013

The hotel is in a great location for walking into Tribeca and the Village. But again, if you book through Priceline you get a room with a horrible view, even though the hotel will tell you otherwise. That part was really really disappointing. Also, this is not a 5 star hotel - five star bed - but the overall feel is 3-4 stars.

Hotel is right on the water with beautiful views. The area is fairly quite for NY but peaceful. Very modern decor inside the lobby. The room had a nice set up with a big shower! If in the area again I would definitely stay again at the Conrad.

Right across the street from the waterfront. I jogged each morning - they have a great walkway all along the water that had lots of joggers, cyclists and walkers each day. Within a couple of blocks to the subway.

This hotel was perfect for a romantic getaway. The room was so spacious for a NYC hotel and the shower was huge. Everything was extremely clean, and the staff was very helpful. We had to travel by cab to see a Broadway show, but there were also some nice restaurants and things to do that were walking distance. There is the path along the river for walking/biking/ running, and we "discovered" a neat lounge called Silver Linings just around the corner. The North End Grill was right next store, and The Palm was nearby too. The bar/restaurant inside the hotel was great as well! ...

The hotel has a very modern vibe. While it was quite nice and high end, it made me realize that I much prefer an older art-deco style so easy to find in NYC.

There is a lot of construction, which should be expected bc of ground zero. The view is amazing across the river! You can get a cup of coffee and walk across the street and see the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. In the room: you can control everything from your tv. It's pretty cool! The pros definitely outweigh the cons. I would stay here again.

The bathroom mirror was dirty. Some of the lights didn't work especially the ones in the shower. Room service was quick and the workers were accommodating.
