Hotel Guest Reviews of the Coronado Island Marriott Resort & Spa

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The size of the rooms was great, staff was very friendly and accomodating.
The only downside is that this hotel is right next to the park and they were having a marathon the next morning. We woke up to music pounding at 06:30. Once we were up it wasn't a big deal.

This was a great hotel right on the water. We stayed in a King Villa on the water. Very big room with a sofa bed, private patio, jacuzzi tub. We were impressed. Staff was very friendly.

Awesome room and we got upgraded to Bay view! Staff was very kind and helpful, location was perfect to take the trolley all around the city! Nothing negative about our stay
We loved everything...even the internet offered a one day complimentary log in...a bit slow but no worries!

Be excited if you get this hotel on your bidding process!

Wish I could have stayed longer! Hotel restaurant on the patio was very good, reasonably priced. Location was great - close to downtown.

The room and facilities are excellent.
$25 per night parking fee.

Beautiful location and facility. Parking, food and other extras are pricey as you would expect for a four star hotel.

Location, staff was nice, really upscale, rooms and views. Overall a great experience.
They charge for Parking!!! With tip I paid $35, talk about hidden cost. They do not have complimentary breakfast. Its not required but at least have a mocha machine, it does not cost much. Also, in room coffee was just no good, no creamer options.

Great staff, great location, great service but some bad management decisions. They seem to be cheaping out at wrong places. GIVE GOOD COFFEEEEEE... Countries literally run on caffeine. Coffee/ Tea actually makes or breaks your day. BUT overall a good hotel. Good experience. But I will check on coffee situation before booking again.

The location and ammenities of this hotel were excellent! Such a pretty view of the harbor and very close to the Orange Street area. The pool is lovely and there is plenty of nice cosy chairs to lay out. They have many different types of bicycles to rent!
The room was a bit of a let down. For a four-star resort, the room was rather plain and ordinary compared to other lower-star hotels I have stayed at before. No "wow" factors and the bed could've been newer.

The location is great, the ammenities are great, the staff is amazing! The rooms aren't as luxurious as you'd expect from a 4-star resort- but with all the great things to do in Coronado & Downtown San Diego, you're basically only sleeping in your room anyway!

Not worth the money A has-been hotel, needs maintenance (sliding door hasn't worked properly for a very long time)

Great location and large room We upgraded $20 a night for a fantastic Bay View which was well worth the money. Hotel is 15 minutes from the airport and very easy to get to all of the San Diego attractions (Zoo, Balboa Park, Sea Port Village, etc)
Nothing we did not like. When we return to Coronado Island we will definitely stay at the Mariott Resort and Spa.

spacious rooms
the bathrooms could use a remodel

The location was great. Pool was perfect for the kids. Great views. Easy walk to many local favorite restaurants. A little expensive for parking though.

So much you can do there. The grounds were beautiful
Location of room 101 next to entrance very noisy with people talking into late night hours

Great location easy to find where you want to go. Plenty of public parking on the street a big savings. Pool was a little chilly. There is a smaller pool with jacuzzi no crowd if you want a quiet place to relax. Sauna and lap pool were very nice too. Staff was excellent
