Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. Pros: The location is excellent, very short walk to Bourbon street. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Getting our car out of valet parking was very fast. The room was small, but nice. They also did not charge the extra person fee, and we had four people in our room. The value was good for the location and I would stay there again. Cons: Luke warm shower, limited breakfast, and my car sat on the street for three hours before valet parking took it into the garage. FYI: There are two elevators in this hotel, I read elsewhere that there was only one. ...

The parking was spotty. They say they have valet, but it is actually through the Hilton garden around the corner. When I pulled up late Sunday night, the desk clerk, tried to get me to self park. I said I would pay for the valet. I left my hazards on because it was late and in front of a no parking sign. 1.5 hours later, I get a call that there was something wrong with my car. The battery was dead because it sat there for so long with hazards going. You either have valet or not, no car should be left for that long. For the most part the room was clean, but extra care not taken, dust build up on lights and burns on lid of ice bucket. Also, only sheets on bed, with a little half thingy at the foot, but not big enough to actually use on bed with 2 people in it. had to get blankets from front desk. ...

The overall look of the hotel inside was dirty. Most of the staff was busy talking amount themselves rather than attending to guests. When asked whether or not the room had safes I was told they were not working or broken. I subsequently found there were no safes within the rooms. The dinning area was what you would fine at small hotel right off the interstate. The carpet within the room was filthy are unpleasant. The darkening curtain had holes in it. The air condition system was malfunctioning. The parking garage utilized by the hotel was a very scary place (a converted warehouse) with single lane up and down ramps which were very steep to the point you could barely maneuver your car. The parking spaces were extremely small. I witnessed one of the parking valets operating a guest's vehicle in a very rack less manner. Overall I would never stay at this hotel again nor would I recommend it to anyone. ...
