Country Hearth Inn & Suites - Madison

I would never recommend this room to no one and i will never visit it again. the service was very bad that morning and the day after that. there was not enough towels and the heat in the room was not working properly. you need to make sure your staff is friendly and the rooms are cleaned. I wish i never paid my money or else i would have went some where else.

Very nice hotel, surrounded by many places. Convenient for where I was working. Would stay again, but will bring and extra pillow with me.

We use priceline often, but this time, my husband was in a dinner meeting and so he forgot to put in 3 star & above so ended up in this hotel...I would not even place it as a 1 star. If I knew I would get my priceline money back, & more, if I was not so completely exhausted at 10:30 p.m. & had already lugged up all my cases, due to no elevator, (instead of changing rooms for one where the sheets had been washed), I would have left and stayed at the Holiday Inn Gardens, at any cost I had to pay, next door. They informed me it was under new management & would be completely remodeled, even all the beds were to be replaced....they should close down until then...I put my shoes on so my feet would not touch the dirty floor..at all times. ...read more

This hotel was worn out, as was the bed and the room was very small. The fridge was sitting on a piece of plywood which was on to legs of wood and would wobble when you opened it. We asked for a wake up call, which we never received. When we checked in the young lady who helped us was texting, when we left the same young lady was texting. There was no professionalism in the service. We chose not to eat the breakfast offered but it appeared to have enough choices if we had. Every request we made of the hotel was met immediately. We knew that we were arriving before check-in time and was hopeful we could get our room key and leave our luggage to be placed in our room as we knew that we would be returning around midnight. We were delighted that we were able to get access to our room at noon and it was completely ready for occupancy. The ice machine was not working and we were able to get ice as needed from the front desk. We will use this hotel again when in the area. ...read more

nice location and clean and cheap.

We were looking for an affordable place to sleep. It was clean and comfortable. There were shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion dispensers that were very nice. The breakfast was great. We've never been to a place that served biscuits and gravy. The staff was cordial.
