Hotel Guest Reviews of the Country Inn & Suites Bel Air East
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Solo Traveler(2) | Traveling as Couple(5) | Family with Young Children(3) | Senior Traveler(1) | Group Traveler(1)

The staff was delightful. The rooms and common areas were neat, clean and inviting. Our stay was brief, but thankful for finding a comfortable room at a great price while in town to celebrate a friend's wedding.
Clean rooms with just the right amenities for a pleasant quick or extended stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at a Country Inn & Suites if one is available in the area of future travel.

We were originally booked into a regular room, and the desk clerk kindly upgraded us to a suite. It was very nice of her, and I appreciated the care! Also, the decorations for Christmas made it feel like I was coming into someone's home instead of a hotel

The lobby was very clean.
Elevator out, smoke in hallway.
The staff said almost nothing, I loved the location and would like to visit again in hopes of a more pleasant stay. The weather was the problem.
