Arrived at hotel a little after 1 pm. Was told the room wasn't ready and we couldn't check in until 3 pm. (Couldn't even do check-in without going to the room). Killed time at local mall until 4 pm. Returned to hotel and was told room still wasn't ready. Housekeeping happened to be at the front desk and said it was about done and would be another 5 min. 15 minutes later it was still not ready! Totally unacceptable!

This hotel was an exceptional value and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The Monday - Thursday manager's "happy hour" adds to the value of the stay here.
