Good location, not far off of either I77 and I85, Close to the airport
A little noisy with the airport/ planes flying over. But was not heard from the room. No elevator for second floor rooms.

The hotel provides airport shuttle to CLT around the clock. Full breakfast provided. In room coffee & frig.

great hotel for the price (hotel 1-800 number was XXX+). We got it from Priceline for XXX.

Close to where we needed, breakfast very good, room very clean. A good bargain

Great location near the airport and off the Interstate.......nice breakfast.....chocolate chip cookies.....quick check-in
Outside could look nice for initial impression.......closed Shoney's restaurant in front with high grass, weeds, etc. didn't help.........hotel itself was very good

Good solid hotel but nothing extravagant......again, very nice location near airport and car rental return

My stay period I couldnt enjoy. It was a spread of choices to dine in at around in area, Wi-Fi didnt work period for us, hotel just sucked.

The staff was really friendly and always had a smile and constantly asked how we were enjoying our stay. The staff at the breakfast was incrediabily nice.
The breakfast was kind of cold and the first day the eggs werent good, but that is about it. Also the tub's drain plug didnt work so it was hard to give my toddler a bath in.

For what we paid hotel was nice. Wish the pool had been open during our stay since it was over 80 degrees for a few days. The location was nice due to how close it was to the highway. The neighborhood wasn't bad eventhough I had seen reviews saying otherwise. I was able to walk across the street to the store with my toddler with no problems and when we got in late at night we never thought we were in danger. The staff was excellent and nice. The bed was really comfortable.
They really need to update the the tv's and have vending machines on both floors. Silverware and glasses were not clean. Need airfresher in stairway and halls.

Pros- nice staff hotel was clean, comfortable bed. Cons- need to update tv's chanels were snowy, hallways were a lil musky.

The location was covenant to the airport.
The room looked like a flashback to the seventies with old looking rugs, popcorn walls and ceiling,an old tube television, old looking comforter, dated furniture, cobwebs in the bathroom on the wall,and an old looking shower that not make me feel at home.

I love priceline.com and I was very disappointing with my stay and looking forward to this survey. On Sunday April 14th I stayed at the Renaissance Charlotte Suites (Great Hotel) for
xxx and Wednesday night April 17th I stayed at The Country Inn for xxx per night. I would expect a similar value for the price that I paid and the experience was night and day. Staff was excellent. The registration people made you feel welcome and seemed to genuinely want to help. Greg/Amanda were their names? The breakfast and the person there was also good.

Perfect for the money. I was a little worried because the price was low. But it was a great value for the money. Just what we wanted for a stop on the drive home.

clean, quiet, great breakfast, perfect for stopping on the road with children and they even had a frig for all the boys snacks and milk. Fresh cookies at check in even though it was past 11pm and the beakfast had a ton of food and many healthy choices.

use price line - it was $20.00 cheaper than when I called the hotel direct form the road

I actually took pictures. Discusting place to stay, someone from price line needs to go and check out this place it was dirty, rush and mold in the tub, dirty carpets, it was no 2 1/2 star hotel. I have pictures I can send I left the second day.
Everything, even the breakfast was terrible. No place to eat.

Whatever you do Don't Stay at this Hotel it's Dirty and Unsafe. And it smelled of some airspray that just made it worst. Priceline should really check the hotels before they put them on the list.
