it was really cool having a gas fireplace in the room, everything was within walking distance, and the staff was soooo friendly! the breakfast was pretty good too. felt like you were at homebrather than a hotel.
the bathroom seemed to have a few minor issues but nothing that ruined our stay.

friendly staff, nice rooms, nice breakfast, within walking distance to all the shops and resyaurants in town.

The room was cozy and very clean!
All night we heard people running up and down the halls and slamming doors.

When we checked in they upgraded us to a king room with a fireplace on the top floor. The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfy.It slept two adults and a toddler perfectly. The fireplace was very pretty. The view out the window wasn't that great but I'm not complaining for the price. We did go down and to use the Indoor pool but it was way to cold, so we ended up in the hot tub which was the temp the pool should have been. When we got back to our room we relaxed and watched TV for a bit and constantly heard people or maybe kids running up and down the halls yelling and slamming doors. We were also right across the hall from the Ice Machine and it wasn't exactly quiet. Everything finally got quiet around 12am, and a little while after that was when we finally got our toddler to sleep. So I would not recommend staying here with small children because you can hear people in the halls and the ice machines all night. The breakfast wasn't that great only because it was packed with guests, and food ran out quickly. But for one night we enjoyed ourselves for the most part and had a great day visiting places in town. ...read more

Friendly staff, clean room, wonderful and relaxing stay. Close to everything, not a far walk.

Enjoyed my stay here. Loved the fresh baked cookies and the helpful staff. Great recommendations on dining in Helen, GA.
