Hotel Guest Reviews of the Country Inn & Suites By Carlson Kenosha

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Kind and helpful staff.
The road leading to the hotel from the main road was full of potholes. There was construction going on so I assume it will fixed once the construction is done.

It was a great hotel for it's star level. The proximity to the highway and local attractions was fantastic. Great breakfast variety.

The room was spacious, which was nice as there were four of us. Everything was clean.
Heater fan cycled all night. I would have preferred to have it on all the time. And children (middle school or junior high), running in the hall and made quite a bit of noise during hours when we were sleeping (6:00 a.m.). Large breakfast crowd.

Go very early or very late to breakfast. Mid-morning is very crowded. Some parents did not accompany their children in the pool. So if you have children who want to swim, you probably will want to go with them to watch. The exercise room is small, but nice. The breakfast food was very good. The location is great0--near numerous restaurants and other attractions.

Continental breakfast is good for price of room. Waffles, oatmeal (made), eggs, and ham.
Disappointed that room quality has decreased since last my visit five years ago.

We had stayed at this hotel about 5 years ago and were impressed. Now, the room quality (bed area and bathroom) has decreased and is closer in resemblance to a an economy hotel (2 star). The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

The breakfast was very good for a hotel. The suite rooms had a good layout, with couch/television and bed/television separated with a dividing wall.
The first room I checked into, at a "non-smoking" hotel, smelled so much like cigarette smoke, that I had to ask to be moved.

The hotel feels woodsy, with rustic wood furniture and lodge decorations. The rooms were pretty nice, though the first one I entered smelled, so much like musty cigarette smoke that I had to move to another room. The electronic door locks regularly malfunctioned, so we had to get the guy from the front desk to use a special key. The staff was helpful. They smiled, made any necessary changes quickly, and facilitated a pleasant experience. ...read more

Good place to stay for business close to the highway and easy to get away to meeting.
Not a clean as it has been before when I have stayed.

Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Met all our expectations. Reasonably priced. Worked well for our group. Had a good breakfast selection and was continually replenished. Would choose this hotel if we are in the area again.
