Hotel Guest Reviews of the Country Inn & Suites By Carlson Kenosha
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 10, 2013

It was a great hotel for it's star level. The proximity to the highway and local attractions was fantastic. Great breakfast variety.

Go very early or very late to breakfast. Mid-morning is very crowded. Some parents did not accompany their children in the pool. So if you have children who want to swim, you probably will want to go with them to watch. The exercise room is small, but nice. The breakfast food was very good. The location is great0--near numerous restaurants and other attractions.

The hotel feels woodsy, with rustic wood furniture and lodge decorations. The rooms were pretty nice, though the first one I entered smelled, so much like musty cigarette smoke that I had to move to another room. The electronic door locks regularly malfunctioned, so we had to get the guy from the front desk to use a special key. The staff was helpful. Met all our expectations. Reasonably priced. Worked well for our group. Had a good breakfast selection and was continually replenished. Would choose this hotel if we are in the area again.
