Country Inn And Suites Columbia Airport

This hotel is convenient to Highway 26. The rooms are large with small microwave and refrigerator. Bed was comfy, room was clean and quiet with a nice shower/tub combination that had plenty of water pressure and was stocked with lots of towels. Free breakfast in the morning included fruit, make your own waffles and other choices. I thought the coffee was weak but then again I like my coffee stronger than most people do. My only small quibbles were strange smell in the elevator (we took the stairs after the first trip), front desk staff were there and that was about it and I would have liked to have gotten a lower price and should probably have bid lower for the room. The room they were going to put us in was with a King bed. Was told there was nothing they could do for me because they had full filled the requirements to provide a room that accommodated two adults and by standards a King bed does that. Refused to stay since they could not even provide a roll away bed! At my losses and found another hotel that saw an issues of two men sharing a bed. ...read more

Room was clean except for cigarette smell. Breakfast was done well and area was clean with staff there to keep it that way. Bedding was comfortable.

Overall excellent, convenient and comfortable.

The place is a dump. I would sleep outside on the ground instead of this place.

The hotel was nice and the staff was very helpful. The room needed physical repairs for minor annoyances like cracked bathroom tiles and obvious construction mistakes.
