I had my Mother & Aunt with, both 80+. The hotel was very good about making sure I got a ground floor room.
No complaints.

Excellent front desk help. Good manners, friendly. Place was clean. Breakfast was very good. The lady setting up the breakfast area did a good job. She could probably use some help during those peak times though.
