Would liked to have more room service options for food.Blanket on bed did not look/seem clean but probably just worn.

EXTREMELY friendly staff and location
I booked a 1 room suite and how it was described on line was not what we got. They said they have many of those and to get the one we wanted we could have called and requested it. So we paid the suite price for a basic room with a couch. Was not happy,
Very friendly staff!!!!! They loved their hotel and even gave us a history lesson of the buildings that made up the hotel. Very nice.

This hotel was beyond what we expected. Great staff. Clean rooms. Great location we could walk everywhere.
Did not care for the charge for parking. They did say there was a parking garage down the street. We chose to pay the valet.

Gorgeous room, friendly staff, ample free breakfast. A short walk to everything, and in a quiet area.
For a 2 1/2 star, we were impressed and will definitely book again.

Proximity to French Quarter as it was not in the FQ as mention. Quiet and comfortable room. Good breakfast choice. Very friendly and helpful staff.
I bid for a hotel in French Quarter and it was 2 blocks from it.
Fair location from French Quarter but not in it, so you should not bill it as a FQ hotel. Good proximity from it though. Clean comfortable room. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

Great room!
Hotel was great! The exposed brick wall and huge ceiling beams gave our room great ambiance and a romantic feel. Friendly staff inside and outside who answered every question we had and were quick to call us a taxi when we needed it. Breakfast was really good, but get there early as it is a mad house by 9:00 a.m. We will be staying here again and will recommend the hotel to friends staying in Nola. ...

The decor was very nice.
The pool was quite small, valet is 25$ a night.
This hotel was very nice, located a short walk from the heart of the French Quarter. The exposed wooden beams and pipes added to the charm and we were very impressed.
