The hotel is located close to many restaurants and conveniently close to the interstate. We were very pleased with the hotel.

The hotel is attractive, the staff friendly and it is centrally located to "Crystal Bridges", Peel Mansion, and the American Indian Museum. The pool, spa and exercise rooms were open from 6am to midnight. Twenty-four hour cookies at the front desk were an added bonus. We had no complaints.

The room was adequate, clean, comfortable. The bath was large with a full width vanity top. Room included mini-fridge and microwave. There was no problem with excessive noise from either inside or outside the hotel.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness. I have paid alot more to stay in hotels that weren't clean. Nice, big, fluffy towels, good shower, great pillows. There were children running up and down the stairwell during the night and all it took was a call to the desk and the problem was taken care of. I will stay here again and will advise friends traveling to the area. We didn't care for the people showing up for breakfast in their pj's but that was no fault of the establishment. ...

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff was very pleasant. Only complaint was the family in room above mine. Very noisy. Others said the same thing. Had my room changed and upgraded to suite, but would have preferred to have kept original room. (2nd floor, nicer view, etc.) Being as single traveler, I felt very safe.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They made us feel right at home. The self serve cookies available in the lobby were delicious! Rooms included refrigerator and microwave. Beds were very comfortable! I would definitely choose motel again. Plenty of parking was available. Even though we didn't swim, we did take advantage of the gym room with nice equipment.
