Hotel Guest Reviews of the Country Inn & Suites By Carlson Bountiful

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Location not the best due to the noise of the freeway. Room very clean and neat. Staff very acceptable. Price was well worth it.

Clean rooms. Great staff. The rooms were nicely appointed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The wifi worked great. Complimentary apples and cookies are great when coming back from a long day.
Bathroom did not have a vanity, just a sink and toilet. Not a lot of space to put stuff when you're getting ready. Shower didn't have great water pressure.

Overall a nice hotel for a business or family traveler. I have stayed here several times and the staff has always been very friendly. All the rooms I have gotten have had refrigerators and Microwaves in them as well. The hot breakfast is decent, but not great. Very typical of the breakfasts that you get in hotels. They always have fresh fruit and cookies at the front desk. A small thing that i really liked. ...read more

This hotel physically was a nice hotel. Transport it to another quiet location, and get some helpful staff and book with a reservation that can tell how many people are staying the night, and you would have a winning hotel experience.
I got NO sleep--the room sits atop I-15, and unless you can sleep with loud trucks and traffic buzzing by your window, you will not sleep. Do NOT book with Priceline, if you want the staff to be helpful. I called prior to our stay.

We got our truck window broken into and several things stolen at about 5:40 p.m. in broad daylight. This hotel needs security cameras in the parking lot. It was right in front of their building.

This was a great location for where we wanted to be. It was also easy to get on the highway to goto attractions in the Salt Lake City area.
They were remodeling the first floor area. Exercise room was closed and the pool was on the hall they were retileing.

This was close to family we were visiting. We got tickets to the Zoo and found we paid more than the posted price at the zoo, was not happy about that. The hotel was clean, but the bathroom was a little tight for 2 adults and 2 children. Breakfast was available and was pretty good. Fresh baked cookies were available all day and quite good.

They have a computer, "business center", for guests to use. The breakfast was really good.

Easy access to the freeway, close to shopping and restaurants.

Bed=A+ Heated pool and jacuzzi=A+ Breakfast quality and variety=A+
No complaints

After you make the reservation thru priceline, call the hotel directly and ask for a room on the east side of the building. The highway is on the west, and while it did not pose an issue for us, it might for you. The bed=amazingly comfortable. The breakfast=very delicious and high quality, and variety. Pool=heated, indoor and jacuzzi, great for winter with the grandkids! Free fruit and cookies all day and night. Staff very courteous, friendly and helpful. ...read more
