Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. Clean!
No!

Good free breakfast and a Cracker Barrel next door. Also convenient to all major shopping and Interstate 75.

Staff and nice room
beds were uncomfortable...

Hotel in great location. Clean rooms. Staff was very helpful. Indoor pool and Jacuzzi, nice. However Jacuzzi didn't work. They had to call maintenance to get fixed. I booked this hotel for the indoor Jacuzzi so was disappointed. Bed's were uncomfortable..not a good mattress. For the price I won't book again. If you don't mind a lousy mattress then this hotel is nice. If you can't get a good nights sleep for this price then it's not serving it's purpose. ...read more

I looooved this hotel and I can't wait to stay again!
The only thing I didn't like was 2 of the breakfast staff. 1 younger man and 1 older man. They were condescending, pushy and tried to take plates off the tables before people were done eating.

Everything was excellent. My daughter loved coming in at the end of a long day and finding fresh baked cookies. The suite was very clean and pretty much everyone was polite and caring. Miss Pearl is a huge asset to the team. She made every effort to ensure our time at the hotel was what we needed and wanted. Breakfast was great. 2 members of the breakfast staff were pushy and rude. They were very much in a hurry every morning they worked, so it was hard to relax and enjoy breakfast. They kept staring and hounding people as they ate and tried to remove plates from diners before they were done eating. The business room smelled badly. I think it just needs some airing out. I love the book lending program as well :) I can't wait to stay again! ...read more

Clean hotel with updated facilities.
Parking is somewhat challenging.

Nice, clean hotel that is just off the interstate. Only 10 minutes from campus via Archer Road and close to many stores and restaurants. WiFi worked great (and was free) and breakfast was excellent. Will use again.

Very convenient location, the room was clean
and
set up very nicely.
The scrambled eggs.

Check in was very easy, the staff was very accommodating. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The breakfast buffet offered many choices. As soon as you set your dirty plate down, a the kitchen staff was right there to collect it. I know the hotel was booked solid, but there was plenty of parking. My son left his bag down in the lobby when we first checked in, and the check in clerk called us right away to alert us and offered to bring it up. We will definitely stay here again. ...read more

Clean, nice decor, friendly staff.

We stayed here on our way to SW Florida. We arrived at almost 1am, but I called ahead and there was no problem with checking in. The room was clean & modern. No complaints with the hotel. Avoid the gas station in the hotel parking lot! Gas was like 20 cents more a gallon than the place down the road. Also, there is a Cracker Barrel conveniently located next door to the hotel. ...read more

Comfortable beds, free breakfast, cookies

Great hotel for travel with or without kids. Have stayed with all 6 of my kids before in a suite or with just a few in a double double queen room. Quiet and clean. Beds were comfortable as my back hurts in most other hotels. Friendly staff too. Free breakfast and cookies throughout day. Will continue to use this hotel!

Location
Lack of sincerity and straight forwardness

I had to stay the night because I had to be at Shands Hospital for surgery at 6:00 a.m. the following morning. I booked hotel on line and had no place to state 'hospital need' or anything like that. When I got to the hotel and checked in and went to my room I called back to the front desk, they would not allow me the 'hospital rate' because I didn't mention it when I checked in. Thought that was wrong. ...read more

Accommodations of hotel were outstanding, very clean and modern.
One of the staff was not very helpful, it was as if we were an annoyance!

Excellent and modern, location of hotel was terrific to the traveler, close to quality eating and interstate as well.

Comfortable room and nice breakfast!

Nice hotel, friendly staff, right on the edge of Gainesville - easy access to the town and short drive away from UF campus. Staff was helpful, and breakfast was good! Would definitely stay here again.
