Hotel Guest Reviews of the Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Manchester Airport, Nh
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 9, 2013

Very fresh and clean. Nice large rooms. Everything up-to-date. Excellent breakfast with many items. Coffee, tea, apples and cookies available 24/7. Pleasant staff.

The free breakfast included is adequate; it had lots of options available, although the layout of plates, silver wear, napkins, and condiments wasn't conducive to a natural flow, so people kept bumping into others who trying to get everything they needed. The dining area was also pretty small and tight. The hotel also offers free freshly-baked cookies and/or brownies each day to its guests. The front desk staff was superb, from the initial check-in, to greeting people whenever they walked in the hotel, to serving the guests' needs, to final check-out.The only ice machine on the floor was located at the far end of the hall, next to one of the conference rooms. It was awkward walking all the way over their and having people in the conference room staring at you as you filled your ice bucket. The hotel is located on an awkward corner of a heavily traveled road. Additionally, when leaving the hotel lot, there is a "no left turn" sign, meaning you have to turn south on Route 3 toward Merrimack and not turn north toward Manchester and Bedford. There appears to be adequate parking at the hotel, but most of it is on the side of the hotel instead of in front. ...

The rate was good, but I wish this place didn't feel so isolated. Next time I fly out of MHT I will pay a bit more for a more convenient property. The quality of the complimentary breakfast seemed far below that I am used to at Hampton Inn and similar chains.

I ordered this trip from priceline.com on October 8 2012 on a computer that I usually don't use. Normally, when I book a hotel room online I get a reminder a week in advance with all the information I need for the booking. In this case no such reminder was sent and I couldn't remember the name of the hotel. As I couldn't find any confirmation on my computer I had to book another hotel instead. I would recommend priceline to send a reminder their customers one week before their stay. It is highly unlikely that I will use priceline again.
Thank you,
