I used to work for a major hospitality industry in a hotel. This hotel was everything I wanted and reminded me why I hated working for a fake hotel corporation. It was exactly what I needed for the occasion with a great homey atmosphere.
I found the sheets a little itchy

The staff was kind the moment we got in and gave us a rundown of all the free services made available. They took down our information for the early flight we had the next morning and made sure we would have accommodations to the airport when we needed them. The hotel fulfilled our need as exactly as we needed them.

Proximity to the Airport was great. Being this close you did not hear any jets. A couple of prop planes but nothing that kept me awake.
Not enough plugs. The desk only has a single outlet. Today's business traveler has phones, laptops, tablets and others.. I spent 15 minutes moving furniture looking for outlets.

Great hotel for the business traveler if they would add power strips to the desk area.

The location close to the airport made it the perfect layover spot. Staff is accomodating and friendly. Beds are above average but not great

Free hot breakfast and transportation to the airport really lowers the total cost of the stay.

Good sized room

Near the airport, yet didn't hear the planes, quiet. Breakfast had enough choices for everyone. Fresh fruit was a nice touch. Would stay again.

This hotel was definitely spot on regarding the star level. The place is clean, bright, well maintained, and has great staff. Would stay there again.

Breakfast was good, fitness room small but clean, well stocked and nice new equipment. Clean rooms.
Breakfast staff not too friendly. Waffle machine broken. Room a/c didn't work very well. Beds a little on the hard side (Not a problem for the hubby but I prefer a softer bed).

Nice hotel, especially for the price. Slightly hard beds but clean. Small but nice fitness room... well stocked and all new equipment. A/C wasn't working too good and the waffle maker at breakfast was broken. Overall I'd stay there again but might explore other hotels first.

1 elevator that takes forever and what is the point of FREE/INCLUDED breakfast if it is only a bag to go when you depart earlier than 7am?

The hotel is very close to the airport and freeways. It was a nice hotel and clean. It was right by the river which was very nice.
