Hotel Guest Reviews of the Courtyard Atlanta Buckhead
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(22) | Solo Traveler(26) | Traveling as Couple(45) | Family with Young Children(12) | Family with Teens(5) | Senior Traveler(2) | Group Traveler(5)

The look of the facility and the comfort of the room.
The pool and hot tub area had an extremely strong chlorine smell. It made my eyes burn. The Bistro staff wasn't courteous. He was not familiar with all of the menu items. Having to park in the overflow parking lot was inconvenient and bothersome.

location in buckhead was great. food in the bistro was delicious. hot tub could be warmer.
We asked for more towels several times. They said they would send some up to our room but that did not happen. We finally went to front desk and got the towels ourselves.

Location was very good
Charged more for parking through the hotel for adjacent parking garage ($20) than the regular daily parking rate the garage charges ($18). Bed was comfortable, but bedding too small for the bed & flat sheet was used as a cover for the slightly yellowing b

The bistro and its staff were fabulous.
Directions to find this hidden away site. Upon reaching the published address the hotel was nowhere in site!! Very frustration after a long, rainy driving in the rain.
See above.

The guy running the front desk was awesome. He quickly met our needs upon request and was great to work with both days.
The pool is really small, but it was still nice.
This hotel was clean and trendy. The person running the desk was outstanding and the valet staff were helpful as well.

Loved to go back there for the prime location.
Lack of health food served in the hotel.
We, the parents of two young kids, had a blast time around the hotel, inside the hotel. Minutes to Whole Food Market, Trader Joe, beautiful parks, and museums.

The staff went over and beyond to assist in making my visit comfortable. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly.
The pool area was extremely hot. Sitting there watching my children swim was unbearable.
This hotel had the service quality of a five star hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was friendly from the valet service to housekeeping. Front desk staff offered me various options in planning outings and meals.
