Hotel Guest Reviews of the Courtyard Atlanta Downtown

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Great staff, very nice, polite, and helpful with everything.
Parking is expensive. Rates are unclear at the parking garage across the street. Turnover time in mornings is 6am. Plan to pay $12 a night at the parking garage across the street on weekends. Weekdays are worse, they can charge by the hour/

Great downtown location with many close restaurants.
The room was tiny, and the bathroom door did not close completely. It was fine for me and my husband, but would be awkward for people that weren't as close.

Parking can be expensive. We had two vehicle so it cost us $50 to park at the hotel. Just be sure to factor that in if your driving and want to leave your vehicle at the hotel.

Even though there was a cheerleading competition in Atlanta and the hotel was packed with cheerleaders...it was surprisingly peaceful and quiet. Loved the view from the room - and the bed was super comfortable!
I'm just sorry I haven't booked this hotel in the past and will put it on my list for future stays.

Great location and loved being able to hand the car over to valet parking and be within walking distance of our weekend plans. Very comfortable, clean and quiet. The desk staff was helpful and pleasant.

Room was smaller than I expected, but it was very nicely decorated. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was very close to all the sites, such as the Atlanta Underground, the Coca Cola building, the Peach Tree Mall, loads of restaurants.
No parking. You had to pay $25 a night for valet parking. You had to unload your own car and bring your things up to your room yourself. The restaurant attached to the hotel only had a very limited menu.
