The lobby, comfort of the beds.
The internet access was difficult and not on going.

The street is very busy and has no hotel turn from the opposit lanes of traffic.

Courteous and professional staff. Great location. Free parking. Huge fitness center (for a hotel)
Most hotels have free breakfast this one does not. They also had a mini fridge in the room but no microwave(one is available in the lobby)

This location is Great! Close to shopping and a variety of restaurants. There is also a publix about a mile away. The room was of adequate size and very clean. I do recommend they put microwaves in the rooms. A free breakfast would've been great. Overall, I have no complaints. Not sure what others mean by noisy, but it was very quiet. You can hear people in the hallway I walking by talking loud though. I remember staying at the courtyard with my family as a kid and in all these years the same great quality has not changed. For those wanting a huge superplush suite, I suggest you book the ritz or some five star hotel. ...read more

The best aspect of the hotel was the location.
The staff members were not educated about policies and procedures. I called prior to check-in and was told something completely different from the actual policies. I came from out of town and was not accommodated properly.

My only tip is to have every one employed to be on the same page. Otherwise I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Dirty glasses, no body lotion, wallpaper peeling off the wall, older mattresses.

Tired rooms with little charm. No family sitting area. Not up to the quality of a Hampton Inn or a Holiday Inn.
