Hotel Guest Reviews of the Courtyard Brunswick

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The bed is very comfortable.
The walls are paper thin. I could even hear the person above me when they walked around the room.

Staff was friendly, hotel was very clean, and the whole place was inviting.
No, everything was great.

It is obviously a new hotel, very modern. The lobby has a bar and café, a tiny convenient store area. Off that is another seating area, with a few computers, newspapers, TV. The décor is new and feels comfortable. The lobby is a place that you can hang out in, and either meet people, or sit by yourself to do your own thing. I did not hang out there, but felt like I could have like being in my living room. The room was very clean and comfortable. ...read more

the woman who ran the breakfast bar was exceptional
When we checked in, beds were unmade and nothing was clean. They did move us to another room and the front desk attendant said she would write up the housekeeper. In the new room, light above the shower was missing cover - an obvious safety hazard.

I cannot recommend this hotel. When I pointed out the open light fixture above the bathtub to the front desk clerk, her response was "I wrote a note to maintenance to fix this a few days ago". There is no follow-up. Although the free breakfast is advertised on the Priceline website, they wanted to make us pay for breakfast until we insisted that breakfast was included. It definitely was a disappointment. ...read more

I loved the room décor. The red and gold colors were bright and cheery. The room was spacious, and lighted well enough to read.
I knew there was no free breakfast, but it would have been nice.

If you like shopping, it's close to the mall. There are many restaurants nearby. It's also close to I-95.

Well designed rooms; Courtyards at many locations seem to have undergone a design makeover, to good effect.
I was unsure about breakfast. This was a highway-side motel and these are usually free breakfast along I95; not this one.

The motel is a bit awkward to find at night; it's not directly on the exit road and you can't see it from the exit road. But it is there, appeared to be in excellent condition, and was a good value using the Priceline service; we booked 30 minutes before showing up at 9:00pm, from the car.

Too tough to decide, the fabulous room, the pool area, the restaurant? All were fabulous!
Absolutely nothing!

Beautiful facility, helpful, friendly, courteous staff, excellent food for a small kitchen, clean attractive room, we loved the entire experience! Great value. One amazing detail, even though it's very near a high speed highway, the room was virtually sound proof, thus we all got a great night's sleep! I would highly recommend Courtyard at the Marriott to anyone!

Good staff, modern interior design, decent location. There's a Denny's / Bowling Alley (yes, you read that right) next door if you need something to kill time at.
The onsite cafe is expensive for what you get; I'd have much preferred a free continental breakfast.

Overall, a good hotel for the price. Comfortable rooms, nice hot tub, good furnishings. The gym is small, but it's not atypical for a hotel of this size; I was impressed they had some free weights. The pool was closed during our visit, but looked nice.

The hotel was very clean and had a kind, helpful staff. The only draw-back and a big one is the location, which is right off the highway. Tractor trailers going all night long.
Just the location right off the highway.

Very good location
The bathroom was a little bit outdated and not 100% clean.

Very convenient location near highway, but food locations and other amenities are somewhat far from the hotel (about 2 miles). It doesn't seem that far, but when you've been on the road all day, sometimes you want to get a quick bite to eat and not have to travel.
