overall, the room was very nice. I thought the pillows were wonderful, and the room itself was cozy and clean.
There was a leak on the floor in the bathroom right at the sink. the floor was soaked.I went to the front desk and no one could fix it and I was supposed to get towels to soak the water, but never got any.

the rooms were nice, as well as the location. I really wish I would've received better service for the leak. the lady at the front desk just seemed too busy with her conversation.

Helpful staff, I left my phone charger at home and the staff got me a phone charger and let me keep it.
Booked two rooms, one had a balcony and mini-fridge and the other did not. Wished we could have both had a balcony and mini-fridge!

It's tucked away in a side area in Addison, if you don't have navigation you may have a hard time finding. There is a Marriott Quorum in the same area. Be sure you tell the cab driver the Courtyard Marriott Quorum, if you are taking a cab home from Frisco. Otherwise a very nice stay.

A very nice hotel to stay at with lots of good things offered. Will stay here again if we happen to be traveling thought the state of texas.

the women at desk were all super efficient and nice. the price was very good. I stayed at your hotel in chico ca. and it was much more comfy
Bed was not comfortable sheets rough, pillows too fat and hard. toilet paper rough.
