Location is fantastic. It a few blocks away from the 91 freeeway

Over all I was very pleased.

Had a lousy experience the two days before with the Sheraton in San Diego. Asked the Sheraton for connecting rooms because of our four year old grandson, and the Sheridan blew it off and only tried to find rooms for us on the day of arrival. I called the Marriott the morning of our arrival in an attempt to ensure we had a connecting room and was told that we did in fact have connecting rooms and that our rooms were ready for us and we could check in at any time. WOW! No that's how it is supposed to be! The Marriott also provide FREE WiFi in the rooms that the Sheraton wanted to charge for. The Marriott had a nice little eatery in the lobby with Starbucks coffee. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Pros: Helpful staff, clean, nice size room, free WiFi in the room, nice size TV with great channel selections, NO FEE for parking. Cons: Street access to the hotel. ...read more

Good value and well located. Be firm on check in if after 3 to get your room. They will for some reason try to make you wait longer. WE had a child and wait was not an option.

Great location for families; Pool area is well kept and has a loung area for the adults as the kids are playing.

Being in the vacinity of Knotts Berry Farm is nice, but at night when you are coming back from the park with little kids, this walk seems like an island away. Not having microwaves in the rooms is an inconvience when traveling with kids who are constantly needing food. The lobby area and free internet is a big plus. Access to complimentary coffee or tea in the lobby for your morning cup, was also a big plus. The room was small though with no table for kids to eat on. The bathroom door and the closet door both collide when opening which was very annoying. That whole area needs to be redesigned. Staff was helpful and friendly when I found a broken glass in my room and let them know. It was immediately replaced. Beds were comfortable and the room temperature was perfect. Not good location for disneyland unless you have a car. Local transportation pick-up and drop-off to and from disneyland was not insinc with park hours. If this hotel had a shuttle it would be great, but, probably not practical for the hotel. I wish I had the bed in my home-very comfortable.
