The hotel location is outstanding. It is clean, quiet, spacious, and the staff friendly. One problem was a request for an extra towel, needed for morning showers. It did not arrive until afternoon, which required a change in plans and missed opportunity. Otherwise, all was excellent. Parking valet service was very fast and efficient.

While the hotel accommodations were fine, the hidden extra cost of parking, 32 dollars per night, was unreasonable compared to the cost of the room. Since it is not in the middle of Cambridge, it is a hotel one would likely drive too, and with residential parking permit rules, they tell you that there is no choice. Most hotels that have on ground parking fees usually charge like 10 dollars per night. ...

I would stay there again, even though it was not convenient to the places I wanted to go. I felt safe, the staff was mostly helpful, and taxis were always available.
