Hotel Guest Reviews of the Courtyard By Marriott Boston Copley Square
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 25, 2012

Immediately behind the Boston Public Library, so very close to many shops & cultural sites. Lovely old building that is holding its own.

The hotel was in a good location. The room appeared to be a little small compared to others in the area probably because the decor was a bit on the dark side. The restaurant only breakfast and there was no bar, but the hotel did sell wine and beer. There was no pool or health club either. For $120 per night, this was a good deal in the Copley Square area.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was little or no street noise so it was a great option to stay in a desirable area.

Room was disappointing for the money. Bathroom had severe water damage with peeling wallpaper and mildew. No mention of major construction right next door on hotel website. Made for early wakeup on what was supposed to be relaxing vacation.
