Room was larger than expected and very well laid out. Food in hotel cafe was GREAT! Staff was very friendly.
The small did not work. Not a big deal since we ate out alot, but it would have been nice to keep drinks cold. Too tired to mention to staff to fix.

Great location; and staff was wonderful.
Fitness room is very small, can't accommodate many people.
Immediately behind the Boston Public Library, so very close to many shops & cultural sites. Lovely old building that is holding its own.

It was in a good location.
Did not have a lot of amenities as with other hotels.
The hotel was in a good location. The room appeared to be a little small compared to others in the area probably because the decor was a bit on the dark side. The restaurant only breakfast and there was no bar, but the hotel did sell wine and beer. There was no pool or health club either. However I did not miss any of these since I seldom use them when I travel. Staff was friendly and efficient. The room also had a refrigerator, which I like, and a coffee maker. ...

The room was spacious, clean, and attractive. The location was convenient.
The jackhammer across the street that started up at 8:15 a.m.
For $120 per night, this was a good deal in the Copley Square area.

I enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the morning and the in room movie selection.
I expected the room to be small but it had an odd arrangement of furniture. Since I was only spending sleeping hours it suited me fine.
The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was little or no street noise so it was a great option to stay in a desirable area.

Bathroom mildew, bad parking, construction across street with early am jackhammer.
Room was disappointing for the money. Bathroom had severe water damage with peeling wallpaper and mildew. No mention of major construction right next door on hotel website. Made for early wakeup on what was supposed to be relaxing vacation.
