The staff was awesome and very friendly!
The beds weren't that comfy - I was expecting better.
Great location, the staff was awesome. I was disappointed about the "Bistro" food selections and the long wait times. Also, the bed was not comfy at all!

Convenient location, restaurant on location
No microwave, refrigerator provided as other lowered rated hotels in vicinity have. No breakfast included. No sofa bed.
For the price I paid with Priceline the hotel is worth it but if I paid full price I would not choose to return because of the lack of aforementioned amenities

The rooms were dingy, I saw bugs, poor smell..
Even on a bad day a decent two star would beat the pants off this hotel. Dirty, loud street noise throughout hotel.

No follow up by the maid staff to make-up our room after we used the Do Not Disturb sign.
This has a convenient location with nice "curb appeal" and attractive lobby and rooms. Amenities were upscale to us excepting the absence of any free breakfast (excepting tea or coffee).

Was placed in a first-floor room by the driveway, and the window was not locked!
I'd expect better luxury and comfort from a 3-star hotel.
