Convenient location, restaurant on location
No microwave, refrigerator provided as other lowered rated hotels in vicinity have. No breakfast included. No sofa bed.

For the price I paid with Priceline the hotel is worth it but if I paid full price I would not choose to return because of the lack of aforementioned amenities

No follow up by the maid staff to make-up our room after we used the Do Not Disturb sign.

This has a convenient location with nice "curb appeal" and attractive lobby and rooms. Amenities were upscale to us excepting the absence of any free breakfast (excepting tea or coffee).

Soaps and shampoos smelled good.
Was placed in a first-floor room by the driveway, and the window was not locked!

I'd expect better luxury and comfort from a 3-star hotel.

This was a clean hotel with nice employees.
When I asked if breakfast came with the room, I was asked my room number and was told it was $10.95 per person.

The motel is in a convenient area, was clean and had plenty of parking. The employees were very nice and helpful. At night, it was quiet and sleeping was easy. There wasn't any shampoo or tea in the room. I didn't ask for any, but it would have been nice to have both. No breakfast came with the room. It was an extra $10.95 per person, which seemed to be dependent on my room number. I found this odd. We stayed at this motel during a hockey convention and there were hundreds of preteen boys and siblings running, yelling and pushing in the public areas. Friendly staff.
It didn't wow me.

It was fine-definitely clean. The shower was kind of hard to work and the tissues were a little wet and soggy. Nothing was bad though-just not amazing.
