We like this hotel generally, but this stay a few things grated on us a bit more than usual. We were made to feel unreasonable for expecting wifi and told they only promise wired Internet. We enjoy the pool and whirlpool at hotels we stay at. The heater for the pool was not working and there were no apologies for that.

It was great the only thing I was unhappy with was that we got there and the shower had been left on and it leaked so the bathroom floor was soaked. Also one garbage had a bag and the other did not, on top of that there was garbage in the garbage already-someones toothpicks none the less.

Overall a great experience, but Free Breakfast would be great but its not free and Internet was not working well in the room and the PC in the '' Business'' center was very slow.
