We have stayed in this hotel on three occasions in the past. The value is excellent as is the location. The staff have always been courteous and professional.
Nothing to dislike.

The rooms are both clean and well appointed. The location, being on Tryon St. is within strolling distance of many fine bars and restaurants as well as the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center. Just an excellent place to stay in Charlotte while on a weekend "getaway"!

Yes the hotel were great and in a great location.
The only thing was that it didn,t have a refrigerator and microwave.

The hotel is in a great location and have parking for the guest.

Not a bid deal but did not know charged per night for parking in their garage!

Clean hotel, good location. Lots of activities and restaurants within walking distance.

We asked for an accessible bath and received a room that fit my needs well. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking in the attached garage was convenient and reasonably priced. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was engaging and helpful. Location was amazing - close to anything and everything.
I wish the water in the shower was hotter, but not a deal breaker.

The hotel met my expectations. The staff was very helpful. Great location, close to almost everything downtown Charlotte has to offer. The hotel was very clean as well. We were in town for Raiders / Panthers game. Hotel allowed us to leave the car in the parking garage even though we checked out the day of the game.

Stayed here for a Carolina Panthers home game. Staff was very knowledgable and helpful as to stadium and event particulars. Kept the car in the adjacent parking garage and walked to the stadium. Couldn't have been better. MANY places to eat/entertainm
No refrigerator in the room. Internet was SLOW... Almost too slow to be useable.

Park in the adjacent parking garage for $10 added to your room bill.
