location was great, room was clean and had all we needed.
The staff put us in a room that was already occupied. Could have been embarrassing! Seemed like they were all inexperienced. There was a charge for breakfast...boo! Marriott needs to change this to be competitive with other similarly priced hotels.

Columbus is a great town...lots of interesting things to do and see. The hotel is pretty conveniently located but needs better signage. Our rooms were clean and well equipped with amenities. Disappointed that breakfast was not included. They didn't even have complimentary coffee out when we left at 9:00 a.m.

The staff was very friendly as soon as we arrived. We had a great 1st impression.
Everything was great.

The hotel was in a great location. We loved Columbus. We had a great weekend getaway. We will be back.

Extremely helpful staff. Really like the provided toiletries (I'm quite a product snob frankly and don't usually ever consider using these)
Breakfast would be great. Know not great facility for this, but always appreciate fruit, yogurt, etc.

Recommend staying here. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

The front desk staff was very friendly and presented as welcoming. The ambiance was inviting and soothing. Guest seemed to be comfortable, friendly and safe. If time allowed I would had taken advantage of the the pool/picnic area that appeared relaxing.
The rooms were nice. However we occupied room #301 which had a high beam light outside in a close by business lot that shined directly into my eyes as I tried to sleep. I could not close the thicker part of the curtain. So I endured the piercing glare.

The hotel was warm and inviting the staff was friendly and appeared non-jugdemental(not snooty) and ready to accommodate. The fruit infused ice cold drink that was available in the lobby as well as the hot drinks (coffee and hot chocolate was a comforting touch. The hotel was a clean and structured establishment.The hotel is close to everything many different food chains, Super Walmart, Sams Club as well as CVS and Walgreens. The location and cleanliness.
The bed was so soft and smushy, I got only 2 hours of sleep.

The bathroom was very nice. The bed was AWFUL! When I said something in the morning, I was told that the mattresses had not been replaced, yet. If you plan to stay here, check with the hotel to see if the mattresses have been replaced.

The $9 breakfast was not worth the money. The waffle maker was broken, food was horrible and there was very limited space. I've stayed at Holiday Inns with a better free breakfast. Hotel doesn't offer roll away beds or refridgerators in all rooms.

Very nice facility
The young lady at the front desk informed me that she couldn't give me a king bed because I used Priceline! There were less than 10 vehicles in the parking lot! She said a king bed was an upgrade?

I weigh 250 lbs so a double room doesn't work! I was refused a king ONLY because I used Priceline to get a better deal. My back hurt so bad I had to visit a local chiropractor. DO NOT PICK THIS HOTEL IF YOU USE PRICELINE!

kids loved free hot chocolate
there was a blood stain on the comforter...eww. breakfast starts at 7 am and we left each day by 6 am, wish breakfast was earlier.
