Good,all around. Easy access to pool, parking, local restaurants, also 1 min walk to McDonald and Arbys. Not luxury, but good size, clean rooms, and baths. Friendly, helpful hotel staff. Serves bkft and dinner, cafeteria style, on site. Well stocked sandwich, snack, drink, & personal aids/accessories area in lobby. Small, but very usable exercise room, with just the needed steppers, treadmills, bench, and weights. Goodlooking building, and nicely setback off the main road, Atlantic Blvd. Location is Coral Springs, with easy access to Pompano,or Rt 95 North or South. good location for our needs set back from main road but no sign for hotel so tricky to find. room average, plus an "off" smell. beds ok, not great. need new pillows, they were lumpy though plentiful. lousy water pressure in shower. Don't know if I would stay there again, but price was good.

Marriott should remove their name from this hotel. The hotel is run down, dirty, the air conditioning did not work, the TV only worked on occasion, the pool was dirty, the exterior and interior needed work, the sheets were like sleeping on canvas, and the mattress had to have been at least 10 years old. The hotel was fine for our needs. While I was disappointed that breakfast was not included in the rate, my husband took the $6 buffet and found it to be quite satisfactory. I would stay here again.

I would recommend it for anyone. Had trouble finding it because no sign out on the street and few of the buildings had numbers on it for the address.
