Hotel Guest Reviews of the Courtyard By Marriott Fishermans Wharf

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

I wish I knew parking was $36 a day.

Parking at the hotel, or just down the street is $35-36 a day.

The hotel staff was willing to go to extra mile by providing maps, asking about my interests, and using the map to show me places in the area I may be interested in seeing.
The location is spectacular.

The employees were, without a doubt, the most helpful and friendly staff that we've ever encountered in a hotel.
Nothing at all.

I've stayed in several hotels in the area and this hotel is cleaner and nicer than even the 4 star hotels. This will definitely be my hotel of choice when I visit again.

Location, location, LOCATION!!!!
So much construction and noise in the late night and early morning. We wanted some restful sleep!! There was a musty smell when first entering the room. Wifi was not reliable. I just stuck with my 4G phone.

Such a great location, I can't say enough. Totally walkable to anything in the Wharf area. The parking is not free and the WiFi is spotty at best. Rooms are average and a little old feeling. Be sure to let the parking attendant know you are staying in the hotel right away or you'll be charged a higher parking rate. The parking lot and the hotel are not associated with each other. ...read more

Room was very clean and modern; nothing was old. The sink didn't drip; the furnishings weren't tarnished--it was a pleasant surprise after staying at other chain hotels. I also appreciated the public availability of computers--with printers.
Maybe a better selection at the cafe.

This is a clean, modern hotel right smack in the middle of the Fisherman's Wharf area. Public transportation is readily available and there are lots of great restaurants around. The furnishings are pleasant, and there's a nice desk in the room to use when taking advantage of the free WiFi. I would definitely go back.

The room was excellent-not much of a view, but with the location, it didn't matter. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful.
No full service dining.

The hotel is located at one end of Fisherman's wharf. It's close to Fort Mason and public transportation couldn't be any closer to the hotel. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was great there's a cable car stop down the street it's also next to a ton of food locations and the place was clean and staff was nice
I wish it had room service because I was exhausted at the end of the night but its so close to everything that they really don't need it

I thought the place was great I felt safe it was convenient and I took my 11 yr old son with me so I definitely feel like you can take your family and go on your own. The price was a bit high but in comparison to other hotels that cost the same this one at least felt worth it

We had the experience of our car being broken into parked downtown. The manager of the hotel was sympathetic and went out of his way to make sure that our stay was not represented by this event. I give him the highest of marks!

Awesome location and comfortable rooms!

Clean modern comfortable
40 dollar parking fee! It's ridiculous that you are not made aware of this. No hot tub
