Courtyard By Marriott Fort Lauderdale Airport And Cruise Port

Very pleased with my hotel stay after a wonderful 7 day western Caribbean cruise. Public transportation very convenient and there was no need to rent a car. Short walk to IGFA (Intl Sport Fishing Hall Of Fame),Islamorada Fish Co. and Bass Pro Shop. Will stay there again !

Clean, comfortable, very close to airport.... The staff was wonderful.

Stayed there for one night at the end of our vacation so as to be close to the FLL airport for our flight home the following morning. Hotel was very bright and clean; pool & spa area were great. Only complaint: we had booked a room with two double beds, and we called about 8 hours prior to arrival to confirma two beds in the room and were told we were all set but when we checked in we were told they only had a room with a king...kind of difficult when you are traveling with children...either the staff person we spoke to didn't know what they were doing or simply lied to us, either way not good. I was on a short business trip through this area. I had a lay over for a connecting flight this morning going overseas. I did not have the opportunity to explore the area further

Staff was the best and the hotel and rooms beautiful and comfy. We stayed pre cruise and the transportation to port was great, had arrangements available if we were staying there post cruise-cruise line only had cabs, no shuttle from port.

My overall stay was good and the hotel help make my experience in ft. Lauderdale very enjoyable.

The room had an odor. It wasn't necessarily a bad odor but, hotel rooms should smell fresh and not like whatever that was. Other than that, the staff was friendly upon check in and the complimentary breakfast allowed us a small bite to eat. Even the picky eaters were able to find something to munch on.
