The courtyard with the outside seating and fire pit.
There was ants in the rooms. Also, for being a non-smoking hotel, one out of the four rooms reserved needed to be changed due to the heavy stale smoke.

It was clean, and the man working at the desk was extremely helpful.
There was not a free continental breakfast.
Because there was not a free continental breakfast I will not go there again. However, it was clean.

It was well located.
The food service was not very well organized.
The employees were friendly and helpful. In the first room we were given, the toilet did not work. They immediately gave us another room. It took our server 4 or 5 trips to bring us our very simple breakfast. He was friendly, just unorganized.

It was under construction.
The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to meet my needs. The hotel was under construction so some of the normal options were not available.
